January 25 (sat): Yoga Chants

  • 9am-11am EST 2 CEUs available

  • $75 (members receive 30% discount)

  • Join me in exploring the mechanism and benefits of chanting. Come prepared to find your voice and explore a few of the yoga mantras you may find more commonly in practice. All levels are welcome.

February 22 (sat): The Decolonisation of Practice

  • 9am-12pm EST 3 CEUs available

  • $110 (members receive 30% discount)

  • In this workshop, we will explore what it means to decolonise yoga and how social responsibility and social justice are at the core of the yoga practice. How can be discern and reconcile between inner truth and collective truth? Revisit the foundations of the practice and bring them to application into the present day exploration towards self realisation. 




Past Trainings

Path of Prana part 1 (4 CEUs)

  • An introduction and refresher into Samkhya philosophies and how to apply the philosophies of prana to the yoga and teaching practices. In this first part, we will explore more deeply how to conceptualise pranayama and the physical mechanism of pranic movement. part 1 and part 2 can be taken independently or collaboratively. Both yoga teachers and practitioners welcome.

Path of Prana part 2 (4 CEUs)

  • An introduction and refresher into Samkhya philosophies and how to apply the philosophies of prana to the yoga and teaching practices. In this second part, we will explore the more subtle maps of body's pranic flow in addition to understanding how to access these subtle points and utilise the tool of sound as a platform for pranic movement. Both yoga teachers and practitioners welcome.
